Chris Gribble opened Gribble Legal Counsel, a fully virtual legal practice, after a decade of practice at large law firms and leading Bay Area litigation boutiques.
Chris is a trial attorney with experience taking cases through judgment in jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations. Chris is primarily focused on real estate litigation, with an emphasis on nondisclosure and real estate fraud actions, commercial landlord-tenant counseling, unlawful detainer and evictions, boundary disputes, easements, quiet title actions, and ADA defense.
Outside his real estate litigation practice, Chris counsels small business in Prop. 65 and ADA compliance and represents them in breach of contract and fraud actions. He also is well versed in disputes between business owners, including disputes involving partnerships, joint ventures, and limited liability companies.
